The Pillow is carved out of 3 cakes and covered in fondant. Everything on this cake is edible - including tassels on pillow, buttons, and shoes.

There are a number of flavors in this cake - french vanilla pound, chocolate, and eggnog. Shoes are gumpaste and the designer label is hand painted in the sole of each of the shoes.
